Zali will be the realization of a dream, thirty yrs during the earning... inside a kitchen, in a home, in Beirut –a family members that, the same as each and every other family on the earth, was convinced that their mom’s cooking, was the most beneficial.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from complete-time mom and grandmother to full-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived the vast majority of her existence in Lebanon. For so long, she cherished screening her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't leave her house’s nest right website until Zali supplied her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown joy and fervour for cooking are for yourself and the planet to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors which have produced the journey all of the way from Lebanon. You will take some of them back again dwelling!
We connect with them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: many different home made jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can purchase and check out. They are prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back again household. “Mouneh”is actually a Lebanese custom of preserving meals across the seasons.
